Oyinkansola Karunwi

Oyinkansola appreciates that being a lawyer goes beyond knowing and understanding the law: it is about understanding the client’s needs – sometimes even before they do. She enjoys taking the time to understand their businesses and finding the clearest and most practical solutions to their complex legal issues.

Oyinkansola advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including employment, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, public/private partnerships, and regulatory and corporate governance compliance. She has worked on significant transactions in the oil and gas and renewable energy sectors. In addition, Oyinkansola is a member of the start-up team advising Fintechs and other innovative companies on investor relationships, corporate housekeeping and developing areas of law affecting their business.
