Kofo Dosekun has been a partner at Aluko & Oyebode since 1996 and she is currently the Managing Partner.
Kofo has served in various instances as counsel to offshore lenders in structuring the security package and the extension of foreign currency facilities to oil exploration and production companies. She advises on a broad range of lending and commercial transactions such as large local and foreign currency loan syndications and leases, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and transaction restructuring.
