Ayodeji is a partner in Aluko & Oyebode’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets practices. He provides advice to the firm’s clients principally on debt/equity capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, private equity, corporate restructurings and regulatory compliance.
