PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Chidiebere is an Associate in the Firm’s Corporate Commercial Team, with core practice focus in Banking & Finance, Energy and Project Finance.

He routinely advises local and international clients on diverse cross-border corporate and project financing transactions. He has been a core member in various secured and unsecured loan transactions, and has garnered experience in conducting due diligence, negotiation, managing perfection, closing and post-closing matters.

He was part of the team that recently advised a development finance institution on a EUR150,000,000.00 (One Hundred and Fifty Million Euros) term loan facility transaction.
