Dolapo Roberts

Dolapo believes that the best client relationships hinge on a lawyer’s understanding that legal advice must be grounded in the context of their businesses. She enjoys working closely with her clients so that she can anticipate their legal issues and provide workable solutions; whether this involves guiding them through a complex transaction or simply making a quick call to discuss the latest market trends.

Dolapo brings her business-side experience to bear in advising clients on matters ranging from local and foreign currency syndicated lendings, project financings, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, private equity deals and general advice to start-up companies. Her prior experience includes origination and execution of transactions within the Debt Capital Market teams at Lehman Brothers and Nomura International plc, and Compliance Advisory for the Royal Bank of Scotland’s Capital Markets team.
