She is passionate about using her practice of the law to find new and innovate ways to achieve positive social impact. She has come to understand that being a lawyer today goes beyond having knowledge of the law, and involves being solution-oriented, adaptable and able to continuously acquire knowledge and skills in an ever evolving world.
She believes it is important to understand the peculiar business needs of her clients, and to be readily accessible to them; providing creative and practical solutions to their diverse needs.
Feyijinmi is a core member of the Business Advisory Practice and she advises on all aspects of corporate and commercial law, including the formation of companies, partnerships and joint ventures, foreign investment, contentious and non-contentious liquidations, oil and gas, receiverships, labour law, distribution arrangements, immigration etc. She also provides advice and legal support on sector specific legal and regulatory compliance requirements under Nigeria law and interface with regulatory agencies on behalf of multinational and local clients.
