PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Jennifer is a core member of the firm’s Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions practice groups. Over the years, she has advised on a significant number of complex commercial transactions. She principally advises on debt and equity capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, corporate restructurings and regulatory compliance. Jennifer has represented a diversified clientele of top-tier indigenous, international and multinational clients in various industries including: banking, oil and gas, pensions, insurance and telecommunications.
