As a member of the oil and gas team, Jesutofunmi has advised clients on joint venture arrangements regarding the development of oil and gas assets, EPC contracts for the construction of refineries and contract bid negotiations for the development of a deepwater oil field with proven reserves of approximately 560 million barrels of oil.
