Kofo Dosekun

Kofo leads the Corporate and Commercial, and Banking practices. She advises on a broad range of lending and commercial transactions, such as large local and foreign currency loan syndications and leases, mergers and acquisitions, project finance and transaction restructuring. She has also served as counsel to offshore lenders in the structuring of the security package and the extension of foreign currency facilities to oil exploration and production companies.
