PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Oludare has been lead counsel on a wide range of transactions, from one of the largest oil and gas acquisition financings to multibillion dollar project financings. He has vast experience in advising on matters ranging from local and foreign currency syndicated lending, lease transactions, project finance, mergers and acquisitions, structured trade finance to private equity deals. Clients seek advice from Oludare on varied aspects of foreign investments, real estate and regulatory framework relating to utilities.
