Oludare Senbore

What Oludare loves most about his practice is helping his clients find solutions to their challenges and achieving their goals. He gets his greatest satisfaction not only when successfully closing a financing or acquisition, but also when a 200 metric ton cement plant or a 750,000 mtpa sugar refinery or a 100 MW power plant becomes operational. He truly enjoys devising and implementing creative, outside-of-the-box solutions to make the seemingly impossible a reality.

Oludare acts for lenders and borrowers, and has international scope to his practice. Sources say: "He's very thorough and he's also very hands-on and has a lot of experience." - Chambers Global 2021

Oludare has been lead counsel on a wide range of transactions, from one of the largest oil and gas acquisition financings to multibillion dollar project financings. He has vast experience in advising on matters ranging from local and foreign currency syndicated lending, lease transactions, project finance, mergers and acquisitions, structured trade finance to private equity deals. Clients seek advice from Oludare on varied aspects of foreign investments, real estate and regulatory framework relating to utilities.
