PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Onyinyechi is a resourceful Legal Practitioner with seven plus years’ experience in Corporate Finance, Project Finance, Commercial Law, and Mergers & Acquisitions. She was listed as a “Rising Star” in Banking and Project Finance in Nigeria in the International Financial Law Review (IFLR 1000) ranking for 3 consecutive years starting from 2018. During her practice, she has advised on a total of circa $150billion deals across different sectors of the Nigerian economy involving key development finance institutions and Pan African banks across Sub-Saharan Africa.
