PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Osinachi is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution Practice and a certified construction industry expert with extensive experience in construction law and arbitration.

Osinachi has broad know-how in acting for and advising on legal issues concerning engineering and construction projects. Osinachi has assisted clients in negotiating, drafting, and reviewing several construction contracts. Osinachi has represented clients in several construction arbitrations and provides legal support to live construction projects through case/contract evaluation, and contract management.

Osinachi is a Fellow of the Institute of Construction Industry Arbitrators (ICIArb), and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).
