PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Sumbo heads the firm’s Telecommunications, Media, Entertainment and Technology (TMET) practice, advising multinational and Nigerian companies. For more than a decade, she has provided legal advisory support to MTN Nigeria Communications Limited. Sumbo has also represented global financial institutions regarding multimillion dollar funding to the telecommunications sector. In addition, Sumbo advises multinationals in the United States and Asia concerning search engine and social networking technology in connection with service offerings, products, and regulatory compliance and data protection.
