We are pleased to announce that Aluko & Oyebode has been awarded Deal of the Year – Debt at the African Banker Awards 2025, in recognition of our role in the €1.87 billion syndicated debt issuance facility for the Bank of Industry, alongside Africa Finance Corporation and African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank).

Now in its 19th year, the African Banker Awards celebrate the achievements of institutions and individuals that have made outstanding contributions to the growth and development of Africa’s banking sector over the past year.
