Aluko & Oyebode announces the admission of Ayodeji Oyetunde and Olujoke Aliu to the firm’s partnership, effective January 1, 2015.
Olujoke Aliu
Olujoke Aliu has over 11 years’ experience in Dispute Resolution and Corporate Practice. Her areas of expertise include commercial litigation and arbitration. She has represented multinational and local companies in a diverse range of commercial litigation and arbitration proceedings.
She heads, operates and oversees the firm’s Abuja office and renders legal advice on a wide variety of corporate and dispute resolution transactions. She has represented and advised various clients including key players in the oil & gas, FMCG, ICT, finance and telecommunication sectors.
Olujoke was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2003 and the New York Bar in 2011. She joined the firm as an Associate in 2003.

Ayodeji Oyetunde
Ayodeji Oyetunde has over 11 years’ experience in Corporate and Commercial practice, including capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, corporate restructurings and financings.
He has advised on a significant number of complex commercial transactions and has represented a highly diversified clientele of top-tier indigenous, international and multinational clients in various sectors including the banking, insurance, aviation, shipping and energy sectors.
Ayodeji was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2003 and joined the firm as an Associate in 2006.
