Aluko & Oyebode is pleased to have advised Olam International (“Olam”) and Crown Flour Mills Limited (“CFM”) on the US$330 Million acquisition of Dangote Flour Mills Plc by CFM.
Olam is one of the world’s largest food and agribusiness companies, operating in over 70 countries around the world. The acquisition is part of Olam’s strategy to strengthen its portfolio by investing in businesses in countries where it has consistently performed at the top of the market.
The Aluko & Oyebode transaction team was led by partners Olubunmi Fayokun and Ayodeji Oyetunde, with other team members being Unekuojo Idachaba and Diepiriye Anga.
