Chukwuka Ikwuazom is a seasoned litigator and an active member of the firm’s dispute resolution team. He is also involved in the firm’s corporate and commercial practice. Chuka provides a wide range of advice relating to Nigerian corporate law, taxation, securities regulation, compliance due diligence and regulatory matters. He obtained an LLM from the Columbia University School of Law, New York. |

Reginald Udom has a special interest in finance and energy. He has advised local and international sponsors, lenders, issuers, underwriters and borrowers in a number of international financial transactions involving LNG plants, telecommunications, infrastructure, cement plants and steel mills. He obtained an LLM from the University College London. |
