BABATUNDE FAGBOHUNLU, SAN
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Babatunde Fagbohunlu, SAN (Head of Litigation and Arbitration/ADR) to the LCIA Court.
The appointment was made by the LCIA Board at the LCIA’s spring retreat in May 2014 and will take effect from August 2014.
The LCIA is one of the world’s leading international institutions for commercial dispute resolution; it provides efficient, flexible and impartial administration of Arbitration and other ADR proceedings, regardless of location, and under any system of Law.
