We are pleased to announce the appointment of Aluko & Oyebode Partner, Ayodeji Oyetunde, as the Vice Chairman of the Capital Markets Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law.
Ayodeji is a key member of the firm’s corporate and commercial practice. His main practice areas are debt/equity capital markets, mergers & acquisitions and all aspects of corporate and commercial law. His other areas of expertise include banking and finance, corporate divestitures, corporate restructurings and regulatory compliance.
Ayodeji has represented top-tier local and international clients on a significant number of complex commercial transactions in various sectors, including the banking, telecommunications, oil & gas insurance, aviation and shipping sectors.
