We are pleased to announce the appointment of our Partner, Dr. Simeon Obidairo, as a Senior Fellow at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London. Dr. Obidairo leads the firm’s Governance, Compliance and Investigations practice and frequently advises companies on investigating complex cross-jurisdictional incidents of fraud and corruption in several countries.
The status of Senior Fellow is granted to those who are distinguished in their fields and will contribute to the School’s distinctive teaching, research and outreach in their areas of expertise. In this role, he will provide guest seminars and lectures to students in the Law Department, where he will be based. He will work with SOAS to promote law students’ academic credentials by providing insight into governance, compliance and investigations law in a practical context. Some of the current Senior Fellows of SOAS include Linda Dobbs, former High Court Judge of England and Wales, and Ambassador Abdul Minty, Former Permanent Representative of the Republic of South Africa to the United Nations at Geneva, Switzerland.
