The Partners of Aluko & Oyebode are pleased to announce the admission of Mr. Oludare Senbore into the Partnership of the Firm.
Mr. Senbore has over 13 years’ experience in international financial transactions, such as non-recourse and recourse financing, acquisition financing, mezzanine financing etc. with specific focus on the following sectors: power and infrastructure, energy and natural resources. He also had responsibility for originating, acting as transaction lead, executing and advising on a number of transactions exceeding an aggregate total value of US$25bn.
Oludare was also responsible for developing the Nigerian Power Sector Strategy for Stanbic IBTC / Standard Bank. In addition, he had the responsibility of developing an origination strategy for the acquisition of the NIPP power plants, as well as the rehabilitation and expansion of the PHCN Successor Companies.
He is joining Aluko & Oyebode from Stanbic IBTC Capital Limited where he was Head, Power & Infrastructure Finance. Prior to that he held the roles of Project Finance Legal Counsel then Head, Manufacturing & Distribution. Preceding his time at Stanbic IBTC Capital Limited, Oludare worked at Aluko & Oyebode from January 2001 – July 2007.
His admission is with effect from 2nd May, 2014.
